Team Member Foundation

We serve our people through the Team Member Foundation – funded by team members, for team members. The foundation provides direct support to team members experiencing a financial hardship due to an emergency situation. 100 percent of donations benefit team members in need.

 

Examples of qualifying situations include:

  • Natural disaster (such as tornado, hurricane, flood, etc.)
  • Qualified disaster (a presidentially-declared disaster/FEMA)
  • Personal hardship (such as fire, serious illness or injury)
 

Please note, team members must be actively employed and the date of the situation must be within the past 60 days from date of application.

 

Team Members who are experiencing a financial hardship due to an emergency situation can fill out the Team Member Foundation Assistance Application at the bottom of this page.
